
Our Leaders
Rev. Claude Atcho
Claude is the vicar of Church of the Resurrection. Previously he served as a church planter in Boston, MA and as a pastor of a large multi-ethnic church in Memphis, TN. He's the author of Reading Black Books: How African-American Literature Can Make Our Faith More Whole and Just (Brazos, 2022).
Claude and his wife Kelsey hail from Washington State. Claude enjoys playing hoops and coaching their kids' soccer team.
Rev. Fitz Green
Fitz serves as a priest at Resurrection and works as Senior Director for Education and Programs at the Center for Christian Study at UVA. Fitz holds a B.A. in religion from The George Washington University and a Masters from the University of Virginia.
Fitz and his wife, Rachael, have five children.
Peter Larsen
Peter serves as Resurrection’s artist-in-residence, overseeing and leading in musical worship in addition to developing original music for the life of the church. Peter holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia.
